The cut-off scale refers to the wavelength scale of the required cut-off in addition to the passband. For narrowband
filters, there is a section of the front cut-off, that is, the cut-off wavelength is smaller than the central wavelength of the section, and a long cut-off, the cut-off wavelength is higher than the central wavelength of the section. If subdivided, the two cutoff wavelengths should be depicted separately, but in general, as long as the shortest wavelength and the longest wavelength of the narrow-band filter cutoff needs to be specified, the cutoff scale of the filter can be known. In the confirmation of the cut-off scale, can not simply say "in addition to the passband, other than the other are not required", so that the depiction is too idealistic, in practice, the production process will encounter trouble. The selection of the cut-off scale is related to the light source used, the wavelength scale of the disturbed light, and the spectral response scale of the receiver used.
